Getting to know Caring And Sharing
We're a Glenorchy-based disability support provider, started in 2026 with a simple aim: help people live independently and stay connected to the community around them.
Who we support
We work with people aged 10 to 70, including participants living with physical disabilities, anxiety, and depression. Our support focuses on personal care and helping people take part in social and community life.
Our approach
We focus on the person, not just the plan. That means listening first, being flexible around what actually matters to you, and building a relationship you can rely on — not just ticking off a service list.
NDIS supports
We provide NDIS Core supports, including assistance with daily life and assistance with social and community participation and transport. We work with participants who are self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed.
Where we work
We're based in Glenorchy and provide support across greater Hobart, Tasmania.
